Yes.  Phonextra can serve clients anywhere in the U.S using our own technical staff as well as our network of business partners and sub-contractors.

Does Phonextra offer ongoing maintenance of the equipment it sells?
Yes. Ask a Phonextra sales representative for more information on our maintenance services. We are also authorized to offer Avaya maintenance services.

Does Phonextra provide communications systems for residential customers?
Generally, no. We specialize in voice and data solutions for  businesses of all sizes, as well as government agencies and other commercial operations.

What certifications does Phonextra have?
We are a Platinum certified Avaya Business Partner.  Avaya ranks its Business Partners in a rigorous certification process.  Its ranking of Phonextra as a Platinum Business Partner (the highest level) indicates that Phonextra has met the highest standards of technical competency and customer service and support, as measured by an independent survey organization.

We also have specialists certified by Microsoft (CCNA and MCSE
certifications), Cisco and Novell.

Phonextra maintains a large inventory of new and refurbished voice and data equipment.  This, coupled with the special relationships we have with many of our distributors, often enable us to expedite customers' shipping requests, when necessary.
